Below, the scope of our offer (both from our own and entrusted materials - metal sheets, strips, flat bars):

• 1. Laser cutting:
  • maximum dimensions of the sheet 1500x3000 mm
  • maximum sheet thickness (carbon steel – 30 mm, stainless steel – 30 mm, aluminum – 25 mm, brass / bronze - 12 mm)
• 2. Cutting of metal sheets up to 6 mm thick and up to 3000 mm long on CNC guillotine
• 3. Bending of metal sheets up to a thickness of 12 mm and a length of 4000 mm on CNC press brakes
• 4. Manual and automatic welding of steel and aluminum using TIG, MIG, MAG methods
• 5. Punching, bending, pressing, deep drawing on presses
• 6. Precise turning - up to 400 mm in diameter and 700 mm in length
• 7. Developing technologies for surface preparation and applying paint coatings - testing and validation of developed solutions in the laboratory
• 8. Powder coating of products according to customer requirements.
• 9. Galvanizing, as well as powder painting in accordance with customer's technical requirements
• 10. Assembly of metal parts (subassembly)
